Base Price: 170/person + Service Fee, Tip, and Taxes

This is our four-course winter menu, complete with a bread course. For a small additional fee, you can enhance your experience with: necessary plates and bowls, flatware and linen napkins, warm towels before the first course, wine pairing suggestions, and elevated service provided by our trained staff. Please note: Glassware is not included.

    • Wild Mushroom Duxelles Cream Puffs
      Cream puffs stuffed with wild mushroom duxelles and whipped ricotta, topped with sage-infused honey butter and flaky salt.

    • Wagyu Beef Tartare
      With cured egg yolk and grilled bread.

    • Apple-Brandy Glazed Pork Belly
      Slow-braised pork belly with an apple-brandy glaze, served with spiced apple chutney and microgreens for freshness.
